The California Apartment Association is the nation’s largest statewide rental property association, with 17 local affiliates throughout California representing more than 50,000 rental property owners, professional management companies, real estate investment trusts, industry product and service providers and other individuals and companies with an interest in the apartment and rental housing industry.
