CAA Los Angeles Local Government

CAA Los Angeles actively monitors regulatory and legislative activity in the communities in which our members do business to keep them apprised of new policies, programs, or emerging trends that may affect the way they do business. CAA-LA also leverages its relationships with other business organizations and housing providers to expand its influence. Finally, CAA-LA is the voice for our members in the rental housing industry, actively participating in local government activities to help ensure a positive business environment with elected officials who understand the issues important to our industry.

The City of Los Angeles has announced a Citywide Non-Tax Amnesty Program for delinquent non-tax accounts. The program is scheduled to run from February 1, 2011 to April 30, 2011. For more information click here or you can visit http://finance.lacity.org/amnesty.
