Santa Cruz establishes security deposit interest rate for 2013
The City of Santa Cruz has established the interest rate that rental owners are required to pay on a tenant’s security deposit.  For 2013, the rate is 0.02%.  Be sure to use CAA Form 18.4-SC to inform residents of the requirements related to security deposits in Santa Cruz.
