Monthly Membership Meeting: Lunch Club - February 18, 2010
Our monthly Lunch Club “membership meeting” features
accomplished speakers presenting topics of interest and timely relevance
to the housing industry professionals and facilitates business
networking. New Location: The Lunch Club
meets at the The Radisson, 4545 MacArthur Blvd., Newport Beach, across
from the Orange County Airport on the 3rd Thursday of each
month (except April and December) with registration and networking
beginning at 11:00. Lunch and program time is 12:00 until

Monthly Industry Partners Council (IPC) Breakfast Meetings

The IPC breakfasts are the heartbeat of SCAA event planning.
SCAA Industry Partners network with a member of the SCAA Board of
Directors who will share with you how to conduct business with their

Monthly Maintenance and Construction Council Breakfast Meeting
- February 24, 2010
SCAA Industry Partners and Property Management maintenance staff ,
directors, and managers come together to discuss global issues on
the maintenance and construction fronts. This monthly
membership meeting is open to any SCAA member.
Maintenance and Construction Council meets the 4th
Wednesday of each month, with networking and breakfast beginning at
8:00 a.m. and meeting from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 Meeting
Location: Irvine Lanes Meeting Rooms- 3415 Michelson Dr.,
Irvine, CA 92612. (Corner of Michelson and Harvard) Please
use side-door entrance. Cost is $16.00 and is open to
members only. RSVP required for this meeting.

CCRM - California Certified
Residential Manager - This designation and property
management series provides students with excellent overall
training to effectively operate rental property in California.
This puts you in demand as a qualified rental housing
professional. 2010 dates to be announced later.
Fair Housing Class - A must
attend class for anyone needing the latest information on Fair
Housing and Continuing Education units for their CCRM requirements,
DRE requirements. 2010 dates will be announced later.
